Born & raised in Lyndhurst, NJ. Played High School football & baseball there. Attended Rutgers University, New Brunswick, B/A, Biology, 1976.
Member of Rutgers Baseball and Boxing club. Also, sports writer for the Rutgers Daily Newspaper. Worked 1 year for Babcox Publishing Co, Madison Ave, NY, as well as security, for the Original Giants Stadium, 1976, Inaugural season.
Received doctorate from The Southern College of Optometry, Memphis, TN 1981.
Member of Omega Delta Fraternity of Optometrists and was principal and editor of the SCO. Note Taking Service for 4 years.
Married with 2 children who went through the Toms River School system. Daughter - Teacher and Mother. Son - a clinical psychologist at the VA hospital in Miami as well as prinicple in his private practice. Coached TRELL, TRLI and TRBA. Enjoy: reading, skiing, tennis, basketball and most of all being a season ticket holder for the The New York Giants!
